All our collections are conceived and designed in our officies in France. We then look for the best skills and the most appropriate manufacturing units. A large proportion of our collections are produced in India, a colorful and inspiring country know for its incomparable textile expertise. We also work with partners in Portugal, Belgium and India.

Order

You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to the following address: contact@gabrielle-paris.com. In this case, once we have confirmed the cancellation of your order, it will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.

The order can be paid by the following means:
- By credit card (blue card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) Thanks to the secure server of the bank CIC Monetica payment and thanks to the SSL protocol. 
- By Paypal
- By Alma in 3 free instalments, for orders over 300 euros.

If you have a gift card, simply enter the discount code when you pay for your order. The amount will be automatically deducted and all you have to do is pay for the rest of your order using the payment method of your choice.

Yes, you cans choose to pay with Alma for orders over €300. This option is available when you check out.

Delivery/return

Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €150, except for the furniture orders.

Shipping times are indicated on the product sheets. With the exception of furniture orders, all our orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of your order except:

- During the sales periods, the delivery time may be extended by 3 days.
- In exceptional cases, the delivery time will be indicated on the item sheet.
- If your order includes several items with different lead times, it will be sent as soon as all the items are available.
- For furniture order, dispatch takes between 5 ans 8 weeks.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchase for a refund. Returns are free of charge in mainland France except for products on sale. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We do not do standard exchanges. To order another item, simply place another order on the e-shop.
Items must be returns unused and unwashed in their original packaging, with the labels an delivery note received. As soon as we receive the returned goods at our premises, we will start the refund procedure.

We undertake to refund your order within a maximum of 14 days from the time returned products gave been received and checked.

Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address after placing an order, provided that the order is still being prepared and has not left our logistics warehouse.
