CONSEILS ET ENTRETIEN

- Always remove stains quickly before they can permanently damage the furniture.

- As wood is a natural material, it can change color and patina over time.

- For wood maintenance, we recommend using only a clean, dry cloth. If the surface is dirty, wipe with a clean cloth wrung out in water.

- Do not use mild soap or solvents such as alcohol, turpentine or acetone. Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, as they may cause damage.

- Repetitive rain, exposure to bad weather and frost can damage your outdoor furniture. We therefore advise you to cover or bring in your furniture during winter and heavy rain.

- The transport price is calculated based on the volume of your order and the location of delivery. Its exact price will be calculated at the time of ordering.
- Our partner Agediss ensures our furniture deliveries in France, Benelux, Germany and Austria. In mainland France, you have the choice between premium delivery (in a 2-hour slot in the room of use with unpacking and collection of the packaging) or basic delivery (in a half-day slot in front of your home, at the foot of the truck). Outside mainland France, we offer premium delivery (within a 2-hour window in the room of use with unpacking and collection of the packaging).
- For France, delivery within 6 to 7 days, depending on the appointment made.
- For Corsica, delivery within approximately 15 days.
- For the Benelux, delivery within approximately 6 to 10 days.
- For Germany and Austria, delivery within 15 to 20 days.

In Europe and internationally, Geodis ensures our deliveries by appointment.
Delivery times vary depending on the country.

- This product is made in semi-measure, you can choose your type of wood and fabric. Returns are therefore not accepted.
